Ground Force Day Number 1

Well, my goodness me, what can be achieved in one day with the help of our fantastic volunteers. The sun shone all day which was amazing. The children worked so hard and thoroughly enjoyed the day. They were a credit to the school.
A huge thank you to Mr Garrett, Mr and Mrs Taylor, Mr Reynolds, Mr Gray, Mrs Hedges and the Halifax Crew, Mrs Hastie, Mr Marlow. Thank you to Wickes in Barnstaple for donating supplies and the Halifax for donating staff time and contributing to our fundraising.
In 19 years of teaching, I don't think I have had such a day of help and support from parents and friends. Thank you. I am now off home for pizza and a soft drink!
