Keeping Healthy

In Class 5 we have decided to turn Healthy Living Week into our topic for this half term. We started off really well with our very healthy residential trip to St.George's House, where we carried out lots of very healthy activities. Now we're back in class, we are learning about how to keep healthy through eating a balanced diet and taking regular exercise. We are also learning about the heart, lungs and circulatory system; our pulse and breathing rates and the effects of eating too much salt.
